Tier 1 ent to EEA2 requirements help needed

Hi,
I am currently on tier 1 entrepreneur visa (switch from psw on 2012) ending may 2015. My business didn't go well so I had dissolve it on 2013-2014. Went back to my country stayed more than a year. And just got back to the uk (2weeks ago) in the intention of starting up a business again and renewing my visa. But unfortunately I can't seem to fulfil the requirements for the tier 1 entrepreneur extension . Therefore I am planning to apply for EEA2 as I am a non-eu national

My cousin brother (mom's brothers son) is a Netherlands citizen currently in the uk with family working (24hrs pw & claiming some benefits). Can I apply as his dependent and what are the requirements. Please help.

Don't think EEA extended family extends as far as cousins but you never know with Brussels.

In any case you'd need to be and have been mostly dependent on him and that would seem to be unlikely given he's on benefits and that you've been living independently in the UK.

Looks like a non-starter....

Does he support you to the majority of your income? i.e. is it a few quid, or a substantial amount?

I think from what you are asking you're not his dependent at all, plus if he's on benefits there is no chance, suggest you find an alternative route, this one it not going to work, remember;

For extended family members only the following conditions in relation to dependency must be satisfied:

The extended family member must have established his/her dependency or household relationship on the relevant EEA national in the country from which the EEA national moved to the UK. This is consistent with the wording of Article 3(2) of the Directive, which states that the person must be a dependant or member of the household of the EEA national in the country from which they have come;
The dependency/household relationship must have existed immediately before or very recently before the EEA national came to the UK; and
The extended family member must have come to the UK at the same time as the EEA national or just before or very recently thereafter.

What about if the EEA dependant is from another country. EEA national is living in UK and doing full time job. He is from Denmark. His dependant is living in Pakistan. The dependant has been in uk before on family visitor visa while his brother was studying here. Can he apply as extended family member for family permit.
