Umbrella company fee/ cut / comission

hi,

how normally a umbrella company charges person working on tier 2 visa.
assuming person is earning 100GBP/Month, how the deduction will take place and what total amount can be expected by an individual?

It is illegal to be a tier 2 visa holder under an umbrella company.
