Hi i just need some help! Our application was refused. Home office overlooked evidence like tenanc agreement , car insuranse bills on his name an mine. They only looked at one utility bill with our both names. We also have got a baby recently and they refused even we have a child saying that we have failed to prove durable relationship. We will appeal now. How long it usually take and on oral hearing do u hava a chance to tell your story?
