Hi

I am applying for ILR using tier 2 and tier 1 over 5 years.

I have passes the life in the UK test.

Do i need to have an English qualification at B1 level if i studied in UK and have a bachelors degree?

Rather than exempt, a UK degree will satisfy B1 English. Just the degree certificate will be required, in additional to LIUK.
