just say somebody is on a spouse visa and her husband (uk national) does not work for the whole to years and is on benefits but has not claimed any benefits for his spouse

and has savings over 3k
will that effect the application does the home office have grounds to reject for indefinate leave ?

in regards to accomodation what do they mean
if they were living with his parents would they be rejected for indefinate leave do they have to have a place of their own

and where is the link to this information i cant find it on the BIA site

I don't think there is a clear Yes or No answer to your questions.

I don't think there would be an automatic rejection for the Sponsor not working and claiming benefits or auto rejection for living with parents. However neither of these scenarios are going to do you any favours.
It will be purely be a decision by the caseworker whether the applicant will become a burden on the state I suppose.

I had a scout around the websites and the information you need seems to be not there anymore. I remember a few years ago reading stuff about financial Independent supporting but maybe it's not such an issue these days especially with house prices so high.
