SET O application

I have filled out my SET O form. I am applying 5 year residency using tier 2 for 2 yrs and tier 1(General) for 3 years.

In Section 11L

"For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules"

What does that mean?
