ILR as a dependant of long residence rule

Post by sabaadil » Fri Sep 12, 2014 4:04 pm

Dear Amber or Vinny and others,

Can you please guide me.

I have got my ILR (Long Residency) on 7th July 2014.
June 2004 to Oct 2007 as Student
October 2007 to September 2009 as PSW
October 2009 to February 2015 Tier 1 General (got ILR on 7th July 2014 as on Long Residency)

My wife came to the Country first time on PSW Dependent in June 2008 and she's dependent on Tier 1 General along with me and now up to Feb 2015.

Can i apply her for ILR as she spent her 6+ years as my dependent ? Shall i use SET(M) for her ILR?

Please reply.

thanks

She will need to switch to FLR(M) which is a 5 year route to settlement with a Financial and A1 English requirement.
