ILR SET O employment letter

Over the last 5 yrs i have not been out of the country for more than 180 days in any consecutive 12 month period.

All the holidays were personal. Most were paid annual leave and a few were unpaid.

For proof what do i need my employer to write in the letter.

Just get them to write all absences were in line with statutory/contractual holiday entitlement.
