TIER2 General with salary 25000 ?

It will be great help if anyone can please answer my question

I was on tier 2 ICT short term from Dec-2012 to Dec-2013 and now since Dec-2013 I am on ICT long term. I am aware that I am not eligible for ILR

My wife is working on Tier 2 ICT dependent visa in a company, and now they are ready to give her a tier 2 general restricted cos.
My wife's current salary is 25000£ and if she gets a tier2 general with a cos of 25K , which she will still be eligible for ILR ?

as I am a bit confused about ILR minimum salary requirement (35,500£)

your wife doesn't have to be on 35k salary now to be eligible for ILR in 2019. The salary threshold will only come into play at the time of her application.

so in 2019, she should be on 35K salary , however she can earn less than 35K between a period of 2014-18?

secondary, between 2018-19, should the 35k salary be from one job or can it be a combination of 2 jobs as on T2G you are eligible to do a second job of 20hrs?

Lastly does she need a new cos every time she has a salary increment, current range of her category is between 22k-26k

the salary threshold goes up in 2018 (from memory to £35.5, you can check on the UKVI website). She will only need that salary immediately before her application

the salary threshold applies to the main job for which she has the CoS, supplementary employment does not count
