Tier 2 dependent visa

Hi ,
Before applying Tier2 dependent visa , I want to know few queries to get job in Uk.
I heard few news from my friends who is searching SAP Contract jobs in uk with Tier 2 general visa.

My friends not able to get SAP JOBS in Uk due to Tier 2 general .

1. Most of the UK agencies will not consider Tier 2 General visa for Contract SAP Jobs in UK ? why?
2. They said agencies and companies will not consider Tier2 General visa for SAP jobs ?

Now My question is :
My wife working as Tester in UK with Tier2 General visa as a contract . I am from SAP consultant and planning to apply Tier 2 Dependent visa .

1. Tier 2 Dependent visa can i work Permanent and contract ?
2. Tier 2 dependent will not consider Uk agency for SAP jobs? or will consider ?
3. what is the Percentage(100%) to get SAP jobs in Uk with Tier 2 dependent visa?
4.is it consider Agency and company tier2 dependent visa for SAP jobs?
5. i heard Tier2 dependent visa equal to Tier 1 general mean we can work any job with out restriction , is it 100% correct?
6. can we register own company with Tier2 dependent visa like Tier 1 people registered own company to work ?

once on tier 2 dependent visa, u can work without restriction.
THis includes permanent, contract, agency, limited company etc.
