As you can see above, I am yet to receive any acknowledgement letter.

Weirdly when I checked online to see whether parcel was delivered it showed it was delivered from Durhum delivery depo. I thought it is supposed to be delivered from Liverpool depo as the Nationality office is in Liverpool. Has anyone else experiecned the same?

Can some one tell me what is their contact number?.

Don't worry about delivery. In these days home office send acknowledgement letter in between 14 to 20 days time

check the address on letter you received from NCS, the one with tracking info. Mine has address of liverpool and that is where it was delivered.
I have seen some people receiving confirmation via email so keep an eye on your emails as well.

Thanks guys. I called NCS and they informed me that they sent to Liverpool. I also called UK Visas and Immigration but they said it was not showing up on their system and asked me to wait further.

Speak to NCS again and ask them to contact Royal mail or give you proof of postage so you can contact royal mail. Ask royal mail if it was delivered to right address or wrong address.
Another possibility is that NCS gave you the wrong tracking number.
