Need English requirement again

I have already provided the evidence of English Language and been granted in tier 2 general on 2012 now i am going to change the employer. Should I need to do English test again however my test certificate validity is expired. Please kindly suggest me

you will be awarded 10 points for English if you met the English requirement for a previous grant of leave
