ILR with new sponsorship

Hi all,
I am currently in UK on Tier 2 general Visa already completed 4 years 10 months but from 1 st Oct 2014 I am changing my sponsorer.
I was worried :cry: whether I am eligible for ILR immediately after one payslip i.e Nov 2014 by new sponsorer or should I wait for more payslip.
Experts :!: your help would really appreciated :D
