Tier 2 ICT DEPENDENT-Fees Clarification for ILR sponsor case

Hi,

My wife needs to apply for Tier 2 (Intracompany transfer) DEPENDENT visa, but we are not clear on how much fees we need to give. The latest form (revised 07/2014) has the following options:

Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff Dependent - upto 3 yars leave to remain. - GBP 601.
Tier 2 ICT Long Term staff Dependent - over three years leave to remain - GBP 1202.

I was earlier on Tier 2 ICT but I now hold ILR. I have been on Tier 2 ICT but I never got more than 2 years visa from my office, I always had to renew it. so technically I never held a visa which was more than 3 years, but yes overall I did spent more than 3 years on Tier 2 ICT visa.

Could anyone please advise how much I need to pay for this visa?
