ILR Dependent visa from India - Payslip & Finance reqmts

Hi Friends,

I need help to apply ILR dependent visa(for my wife & 2 kids)from India. I got ILR in July'2013 and then worked in India from

August'2013 to May'2014.I came to UK in May'2014 to search for job and joined in the new job in September'2014.So I will be getting my

first payslip in 2 weeks. Can I apply for ILR dependent visa after 2 weeks by showing one payslip and my contract agreement? I can also

show some bank balance(around Rs.5 lakhs) . My annual income will be around GBP 45k.Please guide me.

You will have to wait for 6 months, unless you can show that your totally earning over the last 12 months is 24, 800 or over.

You wife will need to pass an English language test aswell.
