FLR(M): Relation to your sponsor

Post by Ineedyouradvice » Mon Sep 22, 2014 10:26 am

Hello,

I am filling FLR(M) and am now confused at this question : When did I first meet my sponsor?

I met my husband through online matrimonial site while I was in India. We used to contact each other via Phone. Later I came to UK on Tier 2 visa where n when I first meet my husband face to face, after which we decided to get married.

Should I say that I first met my sponsor when I came to UK?

Thank you!

Yes - put the date you physically met. Explain how the relationship began in the supporting letter.

Your question was answered in a previous thread last week:
"The date you first met if that's when you feel the relationship began."
(Casa, not CR001)
