URGENT: Please help me with a couple Q's in the application

Hi guys

my wife will be submitting application on Thursday, we just have a couple questions which I would like your help with pleaaaaase.

In the financial requirments section question 1.6 asks, how often do you meet? I have only been to meet my wife when we got married in april and haven't been back since, I will go and collect her if hopefully she is granted a visa.

how should I answer this?

And question 1.11 in personal details asks if she has a home office reference number?
what is this number? I am guessing it is not the application number e.g. GWFxxxxxxxxx.

and finally, we made a bit of a mistake on the online application, in the family details section we put mother and father details of my parents, afterwards I found out that it should have been the details for her parents. (just wasn't thinking correctly at the time.)

What do you guys think we should do about this?

Put the date you met and if it was an arranged marriage state that in your supporting letter.

Leave it blank. We didn't have one either so didn't answer.

Put the correction on the application once you have printed it.
