Couple visa to EU for Italian Girlfriend & Non-Eu boyfriend

Hi, I am a 28 yrs old Bangladeshi citizen living in Sydney for about 6 years. I met my girlfriend in Sydney back in 2012 and we moved in together since then for more than 2.5 years. Now she decided to go back to Italy and want me to go with her. I have no problem with that. Because I always wanted to live and work there. Anywhere in Europe. And we want to do it together.

I need your help finding me a way to get a visa similar to a Family or Dec-facto. We have reached to a point of the relationship to get married. But after I meet her family in person. Both of our family knows each other through Skype.
I am a hospitality professional as well. Can I apply for a work in order to get a visa?
Or DeFacto/Family visa?

We have all sort of proof such as , Joint bank account in Sydney, Joint lease for apartments. Pictures of course.
Please help !!
