Switching from TIER 2 dependant visa to TIER 4

Hi there,

I am currently under a Tier 2 sponsored visa and my hubby depends on mine. I just resigned from my job and he wants to start an MSc degree in Jan. Please is it possible for him to switch from a Tier 2 dependant visa to a Tier 4 visa within the UK?
