Tier 2 ICT -30-Mar-2010- Extension Beyond 5 Years

Hi All,

I am on Tier 2 ICT (long term 2 years) , my visa was issued on March-2010 and I have entered UK on July 2010. I have extended it 3 times and is expiring on Feb-2015( I have not change the employer ). Will I be able to extend it for 1 more year ( I may not eligible for ILR as I stayed more than 6 months out side UK in an year). Will the 5 year cap applicable ?

you can extend your T2 ICT leave indefinitely but for each extension you will need a new CoS. You may also be eligible for ILR if your continuous absence was less than 1 year and you choose the time of the application judiciously.
