EEA4 need suggestions

Dear All,

I am Non-EEA national with EEA 2 residence permit expires in Jan 2019, My wife EEA national holds EEA1 permit. We applied together and got the permit on basis of self sufficient. Due to personal reasons we moved to Middle East in February 2014 and still lives here. We also cancelled the CSI. Now are planning to move back in June 2015 since my contract ends in June. My question is If i live continuously live in UK from June 2015 onwards will I be eligible to apply for PR in Feb 2019.

Apart of the EU national's treaty rights the continuity of residence must not been broken for securing PR during the 5 years.
