Sorry , to ask the question again however , as per the below link it states that one can switch to tier 2 from ICT ( Establish Staff)

What is the ICT tier 2 establish staff visa ? Cant find any details at the below link.

Tier 2 ICT established staff was a visa category that no longer exists... and has not for some years.
