English for UK citizenship application with a nursing diplom

Hello all. I have studied and qualified as a nurse at diploma level, 2001-2004 at City University, London, UK. I am in full time employment at the NHS, UK.
Work permit Since 2004
Indefinite Leave to remain since July 2009
Can I prove my knowledge of English for UK citizenship application with a nursing diploma obtained in the UK? or perhaps my latest module completed at a degree level?
