Processing times from Inside Canada ?

I am on a WP here in canada since last 3 months and i am having 69 points on the Permanent Immigration test as per CIC website .

Can any one please tell me what are the processing times for PR if i made this application from inside CANADA, My WP will expire in next 2 years. Can i have my PR approved within these next 2 years ?

The PR application from my homeland is taking 4-5 years. So i like to know , if i apply from here i can get it approved more quickly..

One more thing, as per CIC calculator , the ADDITIONAL POINTS FOR ARRANGED EMPLOYMENT requires atleast 12 month of working inside Canada. So should i wait for next 9 months and then apply ? is this arranged employment thing worthy in decreasing PR processing times ?
