ILR + Dependent

Dear Members,

Please need your advise and support to apply for ILR.

Main Applicant :

Came to UK as on Tier 2 in May, 09 and then got my Tier 1 General July, 2010. Resigned from the company in Nov, 11 [started my company in Nov, 11 and was in dormat till Jun,14] also did not have my business running in UK till Mar,14. And from Mar, 14 got into contracting and I am able to meet the financial requirements now.

Total Number of Days Out of UK are close 295 days of which stayed for 89 days at a stretch. rest where for a visit of 70 days in one year and again 68 days again in next year.

Dependant came to UK in Sep, 09 and was in UK till Jul, 12. After which, she was not well and was out of country till May,14. She came back to UK in Jun,14.

Can we together apply for ILR in Oct/Nov 2014? If not, can I apply for ILR and dependent to stay on dependent visa and apply for HSMP extn or ILR dependent visa later.

Please advise.
