T2 ICT Long Term - Losing job

Hello All,
I am in a position where my current employer is going to terminate me in the next 3 weeks.
I have 2 questions:
1) How long do I have to find another job
2) I have been here in UK for 4 years. What are the PR requirements and can I file for PR?
