Cooling Off Period_Confusion

Hello Experts,
I have joined a company abroad in June 2014 and travelled to UK in 1st week of October 2014 on ICT(Skill Transfer) Visa.
I will be here for 2 months(will be going back at the end of November 2014).After i go back, if i want to return to UK on ICT visas, am i allowed to enter UK in June 2015 itself on any ICT visa? or I will be allowed to enter UK in November 2015 only?

Kindly clarify.

By the end of November 2015, after 12 months cooling off period. Alternatively, you could enter without cooling-off period via Tier 2 ICT Long term visa sponsored by the same company, but that would require annual salary of £41500.
