Previous HSMP rejected reference no. in fresh application.

Post by cometrix » Wed Aug 22, 2007 11:44 pm

Hi,

Has anyone thought/heard/gathered any information on this before.

if my application was rejected earlier ( more than 6 months back ), can i re-apply without mentioing the rejected HSMP application reference.

Basically, is it our choice to not mention the previous failed attempt ( HSMP - Home office reference ) in the fresh application ??

Has anyone been successful doing so ?

Any help will be much appreciated.

All the best to those applying !

cheers

They ask you Previous HO reference, it in on front page.
So it is better that you specify it, if you are sending it with same documents.
There are chances that thye won't even look into your old case, but I suggest not to hide anything..

Hope this may help

I decided not to mention (mentioned as NA) in that field. There was no problem and my application was approved (second time).

Hi nikunj_dal,

Had you submitted documents little different from the earlier one or just added additional ones which was missing the first time?

Irrespective of you mentioning the previous HO ref no or not they will come to know any ways with your Name and DOB.

Its up to you either you can keep it blank or fill it off.

Its better to inform them about the earlier application.

Now the rules are getting changed and hence there will be strict rules in the Border and Immigration.

Its up to you to decide.
