hi ,
I have applied for tier 2 on 22march2014 but untill now "under process".noe the problem is i cant wait any longer.so my query is if i would like to go for tier4 for japanese language course for 3 years .can i submit a tier4 new application when my tier 2 is still in process.if yes do i need to pay the UkBA fees again.
please i dont want to go to solicitors pls suggest me .
