Tier 2 ICT - Dependent Visa to Tier 2 General

Hi Guys,

have a imp query to understand here, I have had mine & wife's visa from Jan-2012 to Jan-2015 and my wife is being offered COS by her employer now for us to remain in UK.

is this scenario possible for having the Tier 2 ICT - Dependent process and apply for Tier 2 General category within UK and I being the main applicant as if now change to dependent status and work for different employer than my original COS paper work.

Please provide some feedbacks and let me know.
