Tier 2 General to Tier 1 Entrepreneur or switch companies

Hi..hope someone could provide me advice as I am quite stuck in my current situation...a little background..I have been working in Financial services as a contractor since 2011 during my PSW, when my PSW was due to expire I looked around for ways to continue working within the UK and found an Umbrella company who sponsored my visa to continue working with them. I struggled in between when my contract was over trying to find another contract, which thankfully I found quite quickly, which brings me to now. My last contract just finished and I am struggling to find work. This is despite me successfully interviewing for the role as they refuse to work with the umbrella company I am sponsored with. I have 3 offers right now but these companies either do not want to work with Tier 2 employee or my umbrella company.

I feel quite messed about to be in a situation where I have offers and am yet sitting unemployed looking for other agencies who are happy to work with my company to offer me a role. I am contemplating switching to Tier 1 Entrepreneur (where I set my own limited company and continue to work as a contractor) however some basic research has shown that it is quite an expensive process, the second option is to find another TIer 2 umbrella company and have a quick chat with them to see if they work with the agencies who currently are offering me the role....

So if anybody knows of any umbrella companies that offer the service, please inbox me the details also any guidance regardingTier 1 would also be great!

I am so glad to hear your failing to get the job roles as that is shows that the policy of pursuing tier 2 abuse is working. You are one of a few posts that is having this issue indicating it is getting tougher to carry on the abuse.
Umbrella companies are not able to hold tier 2 licences and are being slowly forced out of business for that very reason.
Educating the employment agencies and major contractors that the supply of labour only services is not permitted under tier 2 and leads them to being liable for upto a £20k fine is having the desired impact.

As for tier 1 entrepreneur suggest you post that question in the appropriate forum.
