Indian passport for UK born baby

Hi
We had a child born in UK to ILR parents. so baby is British Citizen by birth. We haven't applied for British passport yet as I dont want to get her British passport until we parents got naturalization done.

My plan is
1. Apply Indian passport first for baby
2. Get parents naturalization done.
3. Apply for British passport for parents and child.
4. Surrender Indian passports including baby's Indian passport.

Do you think there will be any issue with above plan? Will there be any prob applying British Passport after getting Indian passport?

The reason behind applying Indian passport for baby first is in case there is any issue with our naturalization application then we all want to keep Indian passport.
