Hello,

1. Chase the AIT and get a confirmation on that.

2. Send a copy of the determination to HOPO.

3. Keep contacting HOPO as they are pretty slow.

3. You shold have a response from them advising you what to do now.

I take it as it was an in-country appeal ?

You need to ring the number on the letter advising you of the court hearing, I think it's an 0845 number, quoting your case reference number, and ask if the Home Office have lodged an appeal. If not, you can either just relax and wait, or you can chase up the Home Office. What kind of application was it?

Apart from telephoning them, do write to them and post your letter by the recorded delivery.
