Hi

Can someone please guide me, i will be really grateful to him/her as i have already spent lot of time digging this info without any success.

I am planning to apply for ILR coming December (completed 5 years on Tier1)
No problem for my visa but i am not sure about the process/application for my wife (dependent)
We got married last year and she is in UK with me since March 2014

should we apply with one application set(O) or seperate or .....

As she need to spend 5 years because she came here after 9 July 2o12. She cannot apply with you on the same form Set(0).

any idea what form is required??? and also using this separate form can we both apply at the same time in person??
