Tier 1 Ent Dependant to Tier 2

Can we switch from Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependent to Tier 2 General Visa. ??

As in the guidance it only mentions Tier 1!!!
So verily, with every difficulty, there is relief.

only T4 dependants can switch in-country. All other PBS dependants have to apply from home country
