Premium Service or Standard Application?

Dear experts,

I currently have an appeal pending with FTT. I would like to withdraw the appeal and re-apply within 28 days. Can I make a fresh T2G application in person at one of the PEOs or should I send it by post?

Please let me know.

Am I allowed to use the premium same day service if I overstay by less than 28 days?

I just rang HO and inquired about this possibility. I was advised that overstayers are not allowed to use the premium same day service :(
