Spouse visa to ILR (old rule) with housing benefit..success

Just wanted to let know that my wife's ILR application was successful (Premium service) today.....

she was granted 27 months Spouse visa on OLD RULE.......

Because we had been relying on housing benefit ( about £550 per month).....we were worried that it might negatively impact the ILR application ..........but it didn't.....no questions asked...ILR granted.....

This is just so that it might give some assurance to people in similar situation like me (OLD RULE ONLY).......
