Wrong job description in CoS and got the visa

Hello All,

Big mistake happened on my Cos application.I have received the CoS with different soc code and my actual job responsibilities are different.Made a entry clearance and the visa got approved.

Is there any possibility to rectify this?

in your application for entry clearance did you or didn't you use the same information (SOC code, salary, job title) as was given in the CoS?

I have no idea on the soc codes and the process.this is my first application to uk.now i am going through the proceedure for change of employement.Identified many issues in my cos.

Is there a way to change the title and job responsibilities?

if you are planning to change employment you'll need a new CoS and your current CoS is not relevant.

RLMT is needed for the new CoS unless the job is a shortage occupation or you are a high earner

Could you please elaborate on high earn.

My salary in current cos is 30000£ PA.If the new cos is issued with 32000£ PA,doesn't require RMLT?

high earner means salary of £153.5k or above
