Guidance on RMLT for switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2

Post by dumbbro » Mon Oct 20, 2014 6:04 pm

Hey all,

I am a current Tier 4 UK graduate but with a PG Diploma instead of an MSc that I came here for. I have two dependents as well. I have a sponsor who is willing to sponsor but if my interpretation is correct, need to do a RLMT before they can issue an unrestricted CoS. I have time till Jan 2015. Can someone please suggest how to go about doing that? I have read the UKBA guidance, but need additional information.

Regards,

Dumbbro

Your Sponsor will know how to do the RLMT. If they dont know then they should not be a Sponsor!
