tier 2 extension

Hi

My first entry clearance on a Tier 2 general visa was in august 2011 and i left the uk in july 2013. I came back to the UK on a new entry clearance tier 2 general visa in nov 2013. will i be able to extend my visa for upto 6 years from my new entry clearance in nov 2013?
