Good Morning folks, I'm here looking for any information that you may be able to provide for the below scenario:
I am an American (currently living in America),my wife (German) and children (American and German) recently moved back to Germany as they prefer the German life over the American way. I could have packed my bags and moved on a whim with them but would never do such a thing without having a job in hand first. I have applied for a number of positions in Germany but as expected, they require the prospect to speak a Certain level of German or be fluent and my German language skills are terrible. I do work for an International company and we have an Office in London where I could potentially organize a transfer but I'm a bit puzzled about the visa process if I went that route. My company could most certainly acquire a visa based on a job transfer but is it also possible for me to acquire one through marriage? Even though my family has no intention of ever moving to London? My ultimate goal is to end up in Germany but getting to London would help bridge the gap for the time being as I work on my language skills.
Any information would be valuable.
Thank you
