Tier 2 gen who set up a LTD company? Is it a breach?

Hello sir/mam

I would appreciate a solid advise (if any solicitors on the board as well)

Question is;


1. Whilst still working for my sponsor, is it a breach of my visa to set up a LTD company but I am still working full time for my sponsor.


2. If I am in breach, what is the proper way to undo or in legal basis to do so I wont be penalize and can still extend my Visa on 2016.



Some forumers here that Ive read says it is in violation of Tier 2 gen status if you set up a LTD company whilst still working fulltine for your sponsor,

And some says it is not in violation of visa status as long as work max 29hr/wk on same sector or on shortage job list.


Appreciate any advise please.. Really in need.

In addition, i am planning for outside UK vacation but afraid the UKBA will stop me from coming back in

U can't be self employed hence breach of visa terms.
U can do secondary employment but that is in the same profession at the same level for 20 hrs
How far have u gone with the company are u trading at the mo?

It is in the same profession, since match to october of this year and I stop because I honestly didnt know you cant set up a LTD company whilst in Tier 2 general, it just so happen when I was reading some forum and because I am going home for holiday and I am very apprehensive in taking my holiday as they might cancel my visa.

Please do help if how to ammend is I did a breach of my Visa, I am seeking as well advise on some solicitors.

In addition, the LTD company is my supplementary job. Its just didnt states in UkBa regarding LTD company hence I set it up and as per advise by sime colleagues. Now I think Im in trouble.
