I would appreciate a solid advise (if any solicitors on the board as well)
Question is;
1. Whilst still working for my sponsor, is it a breach of my visa to set up a LTD company but I am still working full time for my sponsor.
2. If I am in breach, what is the proper way to undo or in legal basis to do so I wont be penalize and can still extend my Visa on 2016.
Some forumers here that Ive read says it is in violation of Tier 2 gen status if you set up a LTD company whilst still working fulltine for your sponsor,
And some says it is not in violation of visa status as long as work max 29hr/wk on same sector or on shortage job list.
Appreciate any advise please.. Really in need.
In addition, i am planning for outside UK vacation but afraid the UKBA will stop me from coming back in
