How quickly do people receive the C Entry Visa

we are applying for our C entry visa for my wife next week, they say 3-6 weeks on the form but because under the EU directive it supposed to be "an accelerated procedure" how quickly could we expect it?

DOJ is very busy, you can expect the visa (if approved) between 10-12 weeks.

Hi there, my wife applied for c visa at the beijing embassy the other week - it took them 6 working days. I was very impressed at the speed - posted application on friday but monday they received it and gave my wife a call because she forgot something minor. The next week another call to say it was approved and in the post.

we would be applying from indonesia , 6 days is very quick, we would be applying for a C Visa, short stay entry visa
