tier 4 general visa 2014 urgent please

i applied for extention in april 2014 with ielts 6.5 band and m still waiting for HO response.i havnt got any interview,no letter from Ho whenever i rang them they said status of application is its in process.its nearly 7th month start now.i do not know what to do now.can anybody reply me please if i withdra my application what will be the process,how long it takes?m very upset for keep waiting HO response from 7months.

my friend applied tier 4 extension in 2012 still waiting from home office.they took so long some time dont worry
