ICT Long term Extension-- Initial visa not fully utilized

Hi,

I have an ICT Long term staff migrant issued on 25/11/2011 and valid upto 20/12/2014. I returned from UK on the 17/11/2012 and post that I am staying in my home country i.e. india.
Now, I am getting another assignment in the UK with same employer, which is to start on the 01/12/2014 and will continue for 3 years to 5 years

The maximum limit on a T2Long term as per UKBA is 5 years 14 days. Considering i have already been out of UK for more than 12 months so cooling period is covered. Can I now apply for a fresh ICT2-Long Term now which enables me to work for next 5 years in UK?

This is a non question. You have answered it by stating that you have already served the cooling off period. Apply away.

Yes, you can apply for a fresh Tier 2 ICT LT since you have already spent the cool off period outside UK.
