hi friends,


i'm posting this again.

an indian passport holder want to change his surname also he would like to add one letter in his first name. is it possible here at the indian high commission? do they give the passport in the same day? after getting the passport changed, can he go to the PEO and get the visa stamped? pls advise what are the procedures
pls help

You are posting your question in the wrong forum. This is for UK immigration matters.
