Urgent: visa fees

I have a PEO appointment for tier 2 (upto 3 years) but I want to change it to tier 2 (over 3 years).

Can someone please tell me how can I pay the additional fee and retain the same appointment slot?

Should I call UKVI or try to speak to someone at the PEO?
