Dear Members & Guru,

Quick question:
Treasury Solicitors has just emailed me regarding my JR, below is there email, can you please let me know what does it mean and how things will proceed.
***Dear Mr. D,
Please note I sent an Acknowledgement of Service to your solicitors on 27th Oct 2014, please liaise with them.***

Now what does this means, also when i Spoke to solictor today, she said nothing has been received. in limbo :(

Speak to your solicitor or give the AoS some time.

The AOS means they have filed their response to your case, and that your case can now go before a judge.

If you are been represented, it makes no sense contacting TSOL directly.

Thanks Obie,

I did contact TSOL directly, as I was getting impatient and because of the delays, anyhow another query;

if they've filed there response can this be also interpreted that they may have requested more time to file there defence? or can is it just one scenario which you've mentioned below.

Sorry bit vague question, just trying to understand the whole process as it's very confusing.

I was under the impression that once JR is filled, it will be either HO may review there decision or it will go in court in front of judge to make decision.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
