I am only going to advise you from my personal experience.
your concern is very true about bringing your wife here before you apply for your ILR.
other than the requirements of spouse visa on ILR it is also not hard to assume nowadays that even when you send your ILR application after 7-8 months you don't know when it is going to be approved. 1 month to more than a year is possible and very common now as UKVI is not willing to giveaway any visas that easily now adays.
the best idea i can think of is you get the nikkah done on phone( for visa purpose at least) get the name of ur fiancee changed and visa applied and only then you go back to get married formally (even get a live nikah again if you have to).
and only go out and come back once with your wife.
getting married first and then applying for her after coming back here theoretically is simple but you never know what is going to get you stuck somewhere.
Also when you go out make sure you are 110% prepared for any kind of tough interview on your way back.
IF you like my response and is helpful in anyway or not...please pray for me
