Contract for biomedical related business

Post by Meesha » Thu Dec 26, 2013 10:05 pm

I am having an awesome experience for using this forum. Thanks everyone

I have business plan related to biomedical sciences.
My question is that what can be contract evidence in my situation. None of the lawyers i have talked with are able to give me a satisfactory answer. They instead are stating that people at UKBA work on tick the box system that means they want each and every document they have mentioned in requirement regardless of nature of business. Can anyone advise me please. I wonder if someone from same area has got visa approval and tell me type of documents they used. really need to know this as i have to send them stuff earliest by monday.

Hi Meesha,

Please, I was wondering if you could throw some light with regard to how you resolve the issue of contract letter and got a contract letter in Biomedical Science for your enterpreneur visa. I would like to know how I could get a good contract letter in Biotechnology/Biomedical Science for my enterpreneur application. thanks

Hi Meesha

I do not understand why the lawyers couldn't help you, a contract is a document outlining agreement between the parties.
The essential parts of the contract should be there, as for the rest it totally depends on what the parties have agreed. UKBA does tick the boxes, so as long as you have a relevant document in place you should be fine, there is no particular Biotech format of the document itself that you need.

If you need further help with, please let me know.
Also if you are applying under 200k route we have a very interesting and high level project in Biomedical field, if you have the relevant experience in this area, please do get in touch, as we are looking for a motivated Entrepreneur to take it forward.
